Description

Large, non-porous board for serious prep and everyday cooking. Solid food-grade 304 stainless steel—never plated—is brushed by hand in the USA, then checked twice so the surface you receive is flat, true, and free of defects.

At 22 by 17.5 inches, it offers nearly two feet of working width and about a foot and a half of depth: enough room to break down a roast, hold a full mise en place, or serve as a countertop cover and sink guard. The steel is twice the thickness of typical plated boards, so it stays rigid, transfers heat evenly, and is built to last for decades.

An anti-slip base keeps the board planted on any surface. The surface itself is hygienic and non-porous: bacteria has nowhere to hide, and the board is dishwasher-safe.

A second use, if you want it Because the steel is solid and thick, the same board can sit over a gas burner or charcoal grill and become a plancha-style cooktop. Heat travels evenly across the large surface, so medium settings often replace the high heat you would use on a bare grate. Start low and increase gradually. Do not use on an electric coil or glass-top range—the board can damage the stove. Customers have used these boards on gas ranges, outdoor grills, campfires, and ethanol burners; many come back for a second one.

We have the STELE15 and now the 22. We decided to get the largest board they have and we absolutely love it! Just used it to prep 3 slabs of ribs at once and didn’t need to worry about other cooking sheets. The board is sturdy enough to transport 3 slabs on it (counter to grill) and it doesn’t bend whatsoever while holding it on the sides. No complaints. I have no doubt that this thing will last forever.

Seriously these are insanely awesome. I bought a cheaper one from someone else about one month ago and it got bent and had really rough edges. It was cheaper so i guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is true.
This one though, SUPER thick, twice that of the cheap other ones on Etsy. I also like that it is very large. I can literally do anything on this, and it can perfectly sit over my sink to make my prep area way bigger.
You can tell these are truly hand made; craftsmanship on this is substantial. You know when you pick something up in the store and you’re expecting.. idk how to put it..but your expecting it to feel a certain type of way, and then you hold it and your like “damn that’s nice” that’s EXACTLY what I’m talking about.
Packaged well and came with a $15 credit to their store which I’ll definitely be using
